摘要
为打通服务群众的"最后一公里",广州市不断将政务服务下沉,逐步实现让公众在"家门口办事",提高了服务效率,整合了基层资源,缓解了政民矛盾。但广州市政务服务下沉过程中仍存在权力下放不到位、配套措施不足等问题。为此,要完善权力配置和运行措施,加大电子政务建设的力度,以促进政务服务改革,为群众提供便利、快捷、高效、透明的服务。
The paper states that e-government service by Guangzhou government can help to reach the "last one kilometer"for the masses. The initiative can improve service efficiency by integratingthe resources. However, there are some problems in terms of service decentralization, supporting measures. The paper argues that fast, efficient and transparent services can be realized through improvement of power configuration, operation measures, and construction of e-government.
