摘要
迄今的学术界,对于郭沫若评价儒家思想及其历史地位的态度,仍然沿用长期以来的惯常思维,把他认识和评价孔子的态度混同于认识和评价儒家的态度。其实,在郭沫若一生的学术生涯中,一直注重阐述孔子与儒家的联系和区别,他对孔子始终秉持崇拜与袒护的立场;而对儒家,不仅严格区分秦汉以前的种种不同,而且通过对其发生、发展、分化、合流的考察研究,展示出儒家内部思想分流立派、交互影响,外部吸纳百家、融汇归总的复杂变化态势。
