职业与学业态度对职教师范生隐性知识管理的影响

摘要 从对教师职业的喜爱度、了解度、是否愿意从事教师职业,以及对师范类和教育实践类课程的满意度等五方面,考察467名职教师范生的职业与学业态度及其对隐性知识管理的影响。结果显示,大部分师范生对教师职业和师范课程学习持积极态度。职业与学业态度显著影响教育隐性知识管理,整体趋势是学生态度越积极,就越能够更好地管理隐性知识。基于此,提出在职教师范生培养中,需强化在复杂教育生态系统中积累隐性知识,重视职业态度的潜在影响,促进师范类课程显性与隐性知识的融合和统一,提高教育实践类课程的仿真度,以及营造丰富的校园文化氛围。 467 vocational education students were investigated understanding, willingness to be a teacher, course satisfaction of vocational education students' tacit knowledge acquisition, storage, from professional likeability, professional teachers and education practice to study sharing , application and innovation. The results show that vocational education students' attitude to education career and satisfaction about education courses significantly affect their tacit knowledge management. In better they can manage their tacit knowledge. Based on this, some general, the more positive students' attitude, the suggestions are put forward that efforts should be made to strengthen students' awareness of tacit knowledge management to accelerate their development, to attach importance to the potential influence of student teachers' professional attitudes on tacit knowledge management, to further integrate explicit and tacit knowledge in the curriculum practice, to improve the authenticity of their practical courses, and to establish a good campus atmosphere.
