摘要
通过高校教师信息化教学能力提升需求分析,结合教师信息化教学能力的特点,从信息化教学设计能力、信息化资源共享能力及信息化教学压力等方面,分析了当代教师信息化教学能力发展方面存在的问题,并提出了建立教师信息化教学压力转化机制等提升策略,以此为高校推进教师队伍信息化建设提供依据。
Through the study of the increasing demand of information-based teaching ability and the characteristics of informational instruction capability of university teachers, problems are analyzed on the development of information-based teaching capability of contemporary teachers by informational teachingdesign ability, information-sharing capability and information-based capability, and strategies of transfer mechanism of informational instruction stress are proposed in order to provide the proofs for promoting the information-based development of university teachers.
