新型农村合作医疗保险对农民健康的影响研究

Study on the Influence of New Rural Cooperative Medical Insurance on the Farmers'Health

本文基于中国营养和健康调查的数据采用离散选择方法检验了新型农村合作医疗制度对参合农民健康改善的影响。结果表明,新农合减少了农民过去四周患病率、疾病严重程度以及慢性病发病率,特别是对没有其他医疗保险群体以及60岁以上年龄段的群体。本文的研究充分说明农村基本医疗保险在一定程度上保障农民的健康,促进了整个社会的和谐发展。

This paper, based on the data of survey on the nutrition and health in China, validates the influence of the new rural cooperative medical insurance on farmers＇ health, by means of disperse selection. The results show that the new rural cooperative medical insurance reduces the prevalence, severity of disease, chronic disease rates in the past four weeks, especially for the group over 60 years old. This study shows the new rural cooperative medical insurance can improve the health of farmers to a certain degree and promote the harmonious development of society.
