摘要
实验室教师自制适合基础化学实验教学的仪器设备,对节约能源、改善实验设备性能、促进学生兴趣等都起到积极的促进作用,推动了实验教学的改革,加快了实验室的建设。通过喷淋冷却式循环水发生装置等实际案例的研制与应用,教师与学生自身的创造能力与动手能力都得到提高,加强了对理论知识的理解能力。自制设备的研制需与时俱进,不可能一步到位,由此,提出了对自制设备进行改进与推广的意见。
In order to improve the quality of experimental teaching, teachers in laboratory have made instruments by themselves which were suitable for basic chemistry experimental teaching. It plays a positive rule in saving energy, improving functions of experi- mental instruments, and elevating the students' interest in the study, and which has promoted reform of experimental teaching and driven sustainable development of laboratories. Teachers' and students' abilities of creation and operating have been developed by the design and manufacture and applications of practical cases, such as circulating water generating device by ways of spray cooling, their comprehensions abilities to theoretical knowledge have been developed. Design and manufacture of self - made instruments need ad- vance with time, which cannot be one - step process. So we put forward some opinions to improving and promoting the self - made in- struments.
