摘要 探究式教学法是目前国际较流行的一种教学方法,特别适合理科基础教学。为了探讨探究式教学法在微生物学实验教学中的应用效果,通过分析植物内生菌作为微生物学实践教学对象的特色和优势,结合教学案例解析药用植物内生菌筛选与活性分析的实施过程和教学效果,阐明了其中存在的困难和不足,并对今后的探究式教学改革方向进行了展望。结合研究成果来看,药用植物内生菌的筛选和活性分析是一个非常适合本科微生物学实验探究式实践教学的平台。 Inquiry - based teaching is a popular teaching method in worldwide, especially for basic science teaching. To explore the application effect of inquiry - based teaching methods for microbiolgy experiment teaching, by analyzing the features and advantages of the plant endophytes as the objects of Microbiology practice teaching, combined with the teaching case on implementation process and teaching effect of endophytes screening form medicinal plants and their biolgical activity assay, expounds the existing difficulties and problems, and the future of inquiry teaching reform direction is propeeted. In conclusion, the screening and activity analysis of en- dophytes form medicinal plants is a platform which is very suitable for the practical teaching of microbiolgy experiment.
