通过对北京老年旅游市场的调研和分析,在京游和出京游的整体环境不错。由于老年人的心理和生理特征,交通、安全、健康是目前北京老年旅游者最为关心同时也是老年旅游市场最为凸显的问题。在"9064"养老模式下,当前北京基本完成了以社区为中心的社会参与的养老模式构建,用以满足老年人的基本生活保障,为此可以通过社区网络优化老年的旅游服务体系,以社区服务中心为基本点,构建北京老年旅游服务体系。
