基于无线TCP/IP通信的轮胎吊远程半自动改造

摘要 对轮胎吊进行远程半自动改造,添加远程控制系统、单机控制系统和无线通信系统,并分析各系统的主要组成部分及功能。远程控制系统与单机控制系统之间采用TCP/IP通信技术,中控PLC用作Client端,单机控制系统用作Server端。为了防止网络堵塞,采用请求应答方式通信。针对无线通信不稳定及经常断电情况,增加Client和Server的断线自动重连;为了防止传输过程中数据丢失,当数据发送后没有收到回复时,增加重发机制。这些优化降低TCP通信故障的次数,提高系统的可靠性。 The remote semi-automatic reform of RTG is carried out and the remote control system, RTG control system and wireless communication system are added into the reform. The main components and functions of the three systems are analyzed. The TCP/IP communication method is adopted between the remote control system and RTG control system. The center control PLC is used as the Client point, and the RTG control system is used as the Server point. The request-response mode is used to avoid the communication network jam. The automatic reconnection between the Client point and the Server point is added to enhance the stability of the wireless communication system. In order to avoid data lose during transferring, when the Client point does not receive data from RTG in the setting time, the command data is sent again. The frequency of the communication fault is reduced and the system's reliability is increased by these optimizations.
