摘要
梳理《船舶与港口污染防治专项行动实施方案(2015—2020年)》中主要任务的完成情况,对推进船舶污染物接收处置设施建设、船舶靠港使用岸电、码头油气回收及天然气船舶应用等重点工作提出建议。
The major missions of Action of Preventing and Controlling the Pollution from Ships and Ports （2015--2020） is reviewed, and the suggestions of some key work are presented, involving the reception and disposition of ship pollution, promotion of shore power, oil gas recovery in ports and application of LNG for ship-power.
