儿童棘球蚴病及阿苯达唑治疗对肝功能的影响 被引量:3

Analysis of the impact of echinococcosis and taking albendazole on liver function in children

摘要 目的探讨儿童棘球蚴病及阿苯达唑治疗对肝功能的影响,为评价阿苯达唑对儿童肝脏的不良反应提供依据。方法对140名棘球蚴病患儿和50名健康儿童进行肝功能检查,其中78名棘球蚴病患儿经阿苯达唑药物治疗1年后再复查其肝功能。结果囊型包虫病患儿、泡型包虫病患儿和健康儿童AST异常者分别占1.67%、8.86%和0,GGT异常者分别占1.67%、8.86%和0,TBA异常者分别占28.33%、15.19%和2.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患儿服用阿苯达唑乳剂治疗1年,TBIL、DBIL、IDBIL、ALT、GGT、TP和ALB水平升高,S/L水平降低,变化均有统计学差异(P<0.05),AST、CHE、ALP和TBA水平无显著变化(P>0.05),服药前后12项肝功能指标异常者比例均无显著改变(P>0.05)。结论囊型和泡型包虫病均能对部分儿童的肝脏细胞造成损伤,服用阿苯达唑乳剂对肝功能可有轻微影响。 Objective To investigate the impact of echinococcosis and taking albendazole on liver function in children in order to provide a scientific basis for evaluating the adverse effects of albendazole on liver function. Methods Liver function was tested in 140 children with echinococcosis and 50 healthy children.Liver function was retested in 78 of the children with echinococcosis after a year of albendazole therapy. Results The percentage of patients with abnormal levels of AST,GGT,and TBA differed significantly among children with cystic echinococcosis,children with alveolar echinococcosis,and healthy children.Abnormal AST levels were noted in 1.67% of the children with cystic echinococcosis,in 8.86% of the children with alveolar echinococcosis,and in 0% of the healthy children.Abnormal GGT levels were noted in 1.67% of the children with cystic echinococcosis,in 8.86% of the children with alveolar echinococcosis,and in 0%of the healthy children.Abnormal TBA levels were noted in 28.33% of the children with cystic echinococcosis,in 15.19% of the children with alveolar echinococcosis,and in 2.00% of the healthy children(P〈0.05).After taking an albendazole emulsion,levels of TBIL,DBIL,IDBIL,ALT,GGT,TP,and ALB increased(P〈0.05),the S/L level decreased(P〈0.05),and levels of AST,CHE,ALP,and TBA changed little(P〈0.05).There were no significant differences in the percentage of patients with abnormal liver function(as indicated by 12indices)before and after therapy(P〈0.05). Conclusion Echinococcosis causes continuous chronic damage to a child's liver and the injury is severe.Taking an albendazole emulsion may damage liver function.
