摘要 结核病是由结核分枝杆菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)引起的威胁人类健康的全球致死性疾病之一。Toll样受体7(Toll like receptors 7,TLR7)是一种模式识别受体,主要识别单链RNA,参与胞内感染,同时也参与胞内病原体MTB所介导的免疫。以下就TLR7在MTB感染中介导的信号通路、作用机制及用于治疗的潜在价值作一综述。 Tuberculosis is caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis and is a fatal disease that threatens human health.Toll-like receptor 7(TLR7)is a pattern recognition receptor that mainly recognizes single-stranded RNA and that fights intracellular infection.TLR7 also mediates the intracellular immune response to M.tuberculosis.This article reviews the TLR7 signaling pathway,the function of TLR7,and its mechanism of action in tuberculosis and its potential therapeutic value.
