Advances in the study of proteins secreted by Chlamydia

摘要 衣原体通过其自身产生的分泌蛋白实现与宿主的相互作用,此类蛋白主要包括分泌到包涵体膜上(如包涵体膜蛋白等)、分泌到胞浆中(如CPAF、TARP等)及其他分泌蛋白(SINC)。近年来出现了关于不同类型分泌性蛋白的最新研究成果,本综述主要对这些分泌性蛋白的一些新功能进行了论述。 Chlamydiainteracts with a host via the proteins it secretes.These proteins include those delivered to the chlamydial inclusion membrane(Incs),those translocated to the host cytoplasm(such as CPAF and TARP),and other proteins(SINC).Results of studies on different types of secretory proteins have been published over the past few years.This review mainly deals with the new identified functions of these secretory proteins
