组织公民行为的类型、影响及其管理策略
摘要
通过梳理文献,本文总结出四类组织公民行为(OCB),分析了它们的影响因素和潜在影响,在此基础上提出相应的管理对策。这些研究有利于管理者正确识别和处理不同类型的组织公民行为。
