医院文化视角下员工职业幸福感思考 被引量:1

摘要 医疗服务行业有着其他各类行业所不具备的特性,导致部分医务人员职业幸福感不高,针对这一现象,本文从医院文化视角出发,探讨医务人员职业幸福感的影响因素,并提出对策,可为医院管理者提供借鉴,以便有的放矢地采取一些措施提高医务人员的幸福体验和工作效率,持续打造医院"幸福文化",提升员工职业幸福感。
