中国自由贸易协定中环境条款的研究

随着经济全球化和贸易自由化的程度加深,近年来,中国与世界各国的贸易更加密切,中国经济高速发展。与此同时,因为自由贸易而带来的环境问题也是日渐凸显。通过对中国自贸协定中环境条款的概括,归纳总结出其特点及其形成的主要原因,分析出环境条款的不足与缺陷,进而给出建议,以后中国在签订自贸协定环境条款时,尽可能协调贸易与环境关系,从而更好的维护我国的利益。
