城市湿地公园旅游中存在的问题与对策研究

Analysis of Wetland Tourism Problems and Countermeasures

湿地公园由于其天然的资源优势兼具生态保护功能和旅游开发价值,如何有效平衡湿地公园旅游资源开发过程中生态价值与经济价值之间的交互关系,实现综合价值的最大化,促进湿地公园的可持续发展是当前面临的现实问题。通过对城市湿地公园旅游开发过程的全方位剖析,本文发现制约湿地公园有序开发的两大核心问题:一是科学管理缺失,突出表现为缺少系统规范的管理办法、层次分明的管理架构、专业可靠的管理人才、高效科学的管理手段;二是营销创新不足,突出表现为开发方式单一、特色宣传不足。以问题为导向,推动湿地公园有序开发与管理的建议有:注重科学的统筹规划与功能布局;设置权责分明的管理机构,采用垂直管理模式;推进社区与湿地公园的深度融合;探索新型宣传手段和模式。

Wetland Park has both ecological protection function and tourism development value because of its natural resources. It is a real problem to effectively balance the interactive relationship between ecological value and economic value, to get maximum value, and to promote the sustainable development of Wetland Park. Through the comprehensive analysis of the tourism development process of Urban Wetland Park, it finds that there are two core issues which restrict wetland park＇s development： first, lack of scientific management, mainly manifested as the lack of systematic and standardized management approach, hierarchical management structure, professional and reliable management personnel, efficient and scientific management tools. Second, lack of marketing innovation, mainly manifested as the single mode and the lack of publicity. Problem oriented, this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the orderly development and management of Wetland Park： paying more attention to scientific planning and functional layout, setting a well defined management mechanism, and using a vertical management mode, promoting the integration between community and Wetland Park, exploring new means of propaganda and pattern.
