摘要
明确旅游管理专业的学生会做人、会表达、会学习、会思考,能做事、能吃苦、能创新、能发展"四会、四能"培养目标定位的基础上,分析旅游管理专业"四层次、四模块、四平台"实践教学体系的内涵,提出包括人才培养方案系统化、教学队伍职业化、教学资源整合化、校企合作融合化、第二课堂"三化"、教学管理规范化等"六化"在内的旅游管理类专业实践教学体系构建模式。
Based on the training target of "four musts,four capabilities(the must to be a man,the must to express,the must to learn,the must to think,and the capacity for doing things,the capacity for bearing hardship,the capacity for innovating,the capacity for developing themselves) for the tourism major students,this paper analyzes the connotation of the tourism practical teaching system which includes four levels,four modules,and four platforms,then puts forward a tourism practical teaching system construction model including the systematization of talent training plan,professionalization of the teaching staff,the integration of teaching resources,the amalgamation of the school-enterprise cooperation,the three achievements of the second classroom,and the six goals including the standardization of teaching management.
