叶面肥料中多效唑含量的气相色谱法检测

Detection of Paclobutrazol Content in Foliar Fertilizer by Gas Chromatography

为建立叶面肥料中多效唑含量的分析方法,将含有多效唑的叶面肥料经丙酮提取后离心,取上清液用外标法定量,采用气相色谱分离检测。结果表明：采用此种方法,多效唑的检出限为1 mg/L;相对标准偏差为1.7%~3.6%;低、中、高3个添加水平的平均回收率为95.8%~109.6%。本方法快速、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于叶面肥料中多效唑含量的检测及监控。

To establish the analysis method of paclobutrazol content in foliar fertilizer,the foliar fertilizer samples were extracted with acetone and then centrifuged,the supernate was used to quantify by external standard methods,the comprehensive gas chromatography method was used to detect the paclobutrazol content. The results showed that the detection limit was 1 mg / L. The relative standard deviations was 1. 7% ~3. 6%. The mean recoveries at 3 spiked levels ranged from 95. 8% to 109. 6%. The method was rapid and accurate with high sensitivity and good repeatability. It was suitable for determination and monitoring of paclobutrazol content in foliar fertilizer.
