摘要 目的了解部队官兵艾滋病认知现况,为部队开展相关艾滋病知识健康教育提供依据。方法自行设计艾滋病调查问卷,采用现场答卷对部队官兵及驻军中心医院医务人员885名进行艾滋病认知及相关态度的匿名调查,对调查结果及各种影响因素进行统计分析。结果调查者对于艾滋病的主要传播途径及预防知识的掌握正确率较高,达90%以上,对于非传播途径认知率如蚊虫叮咬、拥抱接吻等问题的回答正确率明显降低,最高达82.82%,最低只有40.56%;86%以上的调查者害怕患艾滋病,能够约束自身行为并愿意接受艾滋病的检查;对于艾滋病基础知识,官兵普遍掌握不全面,对概念存在模糊认识,认知率低于30%。医务人员的知识掌握普遍高于部队官兵。大部分调查者同情艾滋病患者,但对于与艾滋病患者的正常交往存在顾虑。结论部队干部、战士、医务人员对艾滋病知识的掌握不均衡,应针对不同人群选择相应的宣教内容及方法,加强医务人员对就诊官兵相关预防知识的宣传,以提高官兵认知水平,预防部队艾滋病的传播。 Objective To investigate current realization about HIV/AIDS-related knowledge in the armymen, so as to contribute to implementation of AIDS-related health publicity. Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted with a author's-selves designed standardized questionnaire and 885 armymen were enrolled. The questionnaires were filled out anonymously by the subjects. Factors which influenced the awareness rate of HIV/AIDS -related knowleges were analyzed. Results The knowledge of the majar transmission routes known by the people was over 90%. But the ratio of correct understanding of non-transmission such as sting by mosquitos, common toilets and normal kiss couldn't transmite HIV was lower. Most armymen were afriaid of being infected HIV and could controll one’s behaves.Some subjects were confused about the basic knowleges of ADIS. The group of medical staff had better education than that of the cadres and the knowledges correct rate about AIDS were significantly higher than the group of cadres and soldiers. Most subjects could have pity and concers on the AIDS patients but only 59.55% agreed to contact with the patients as before. Conclusion The knowledges of AIDS realized by the medical staff and the soldiers are still different. More propaganda and intervening measures should be necessary to enhance knowledge on AIDS for prevention and control of the disease.
