摘要
健身气功健身效果的取得既在于其对形体的柔筋健骨要求,更在于在练习过程中对其精神意境的认识和理解。文章提出了怎样由桩功入手达到调身、调息、调心,"三调合一"境界的练习健身气功的科学方法。
