摘要
档案袋评价是一种典型的质性评价方法,具有评价标准、评价方式和评价主体多元化的特点。同时,幼儿创造力具备基础性、自发性及变化性的特点。在幼儿教育实践中,运用档案袋评价能有效激发幼儿的创造潜能。发挥档案袋评价对开发幼儿创造力的积极作用,需要转变幼儿教师的档案袋评价观、幼儿创造力观及其相应的评价行为,保障幼儿在档案袋评价中的主体地位以及提高家长在档案袋评价中的参与度。
Portfolio assessment is a typical qualitative evaluation method,Whose evaluation standard,evaluation methods and evaluation subject appear with the characteristic of many unitizations. Children's creativity has several characteristics,such as its basis,spontaneity and variability. In the pre-schools educational practice,using portfolio assessment can effectively inspire children's potentiality of creation. In order to play portfolio assessment's positive impact in developing children's creativity,kindergarten teachers need to change their perspective of portfolio assessment and of children's creativity and their corresponding educational behavior,the dominant position of children must be guaranteed,and the parental involvement in the portfolio assessment should be enhanced.
