Portfolio assessment is a typical qualitative evaluation method,Whose evaluation standard,evaluation methods and evaluation subject appear with the characteristic of many unitizations. Children＇s creativity has several characteristics,such as its basis,spontaneity and variability. In the pre-schools educational practice,using portfolio assessment can effectively inspire children＇s potentiality of creation. In order to play portfolio assessment＇s positive impact in developing children＇s creativity,kindergarten teachers need to change their perspective of portfolio assessment and of children＇s creativity and their corresponding educational behavior,the dominant position of children must be guaranteed,and the parental involvement in the portfolio assessment should be enhanced.
