现代学徒制模式在职业院校师资队伍建设中的探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 大力推进现代学徒制是适应现代社会需求,缓解就业结构性矛盾,提高职业院校学生就业质量的新型人才培养模式。目前,该模式受到政府、行业、学校的高度重视和认同。培养和建设双师型师资队伍则是推动促进现代学徒制实施的重要基础。本文就国家对现代学徒制提出的要求、现代学徒制的含义和特征、目前职业院校师资队伍存在的问题等方面分析,提出了应积极探索政府、企业、学校三方共同利益诉求点,力求从共同制订师资培养方案、学校出台师资培养配套政策、校企资源共聘共用、完善师资评价体系等方面加强双师型师资队伍建设。 Vigorously promote the modern apprenticeship system is a new mode of talent training which adapt to the needs of modern society, ease the structural contradictions of employment and improve the quality of employment of vocational college students. At present, the government, the industry, the school attache great importance and identity to it. Training and construction of double quality teachers team is an important basis for promoting the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system. In this paper, we analyze the country's requirements of the modern apprenticeship system, the characteristics of modern apprenticeship^s connotation, the current problems in vocational college teaching staff and other aspects, propose that should actively explore the government, enterprises, schools tripartite common point of interest demands to strength double quality teachers team construction from co-drawing teacher training programs, school publishing teachers training of supporting policies, school-enterprise resource sharing total and perfecting the teacher evaluation system.
