浅谈提高高职学生综合素质的途径

The Ways to Improve the Integrated Talents of the High Vocational College Students

本文从道德、心理、人生观三个层面分析了目前高职学生在素质方面存在的问题，提出了高职学生素质教育和中国传统文化相结合，帮助学生养成良好的行为习惯；通过大量阅读，帮助学生树立积极进取的信心。

The problems existing in the talents of the students in high vocational colleges are analyzed from the aspects of morality, psychology, and outlook of life etc. It is pointed out that the talent education of the high vocational schools must be combined with the Chinese traditional culture, and we should help the students to form the good habitual action, help the students to have an active and positive confidence through tremendous readings.
