在企业管理当中，库存管理是其重要的组成部分之一。并且库存直接影响到原材料采购、生产、销售等一系列环节。可以说库存管理活动直接影响到企业的运营状况。本文主要针对我国当前库存管理的状况进行分析，并且结合ABC分析方法，对提高库存管理效率做出一定的研究。

In the business management, the inventory management is an important part of it, which directly influences a lot of chains such as the purchase, produce, and sales etc. That is the inventory management directory which influences the management and running of an enterprise. The current state of the invento- ry management in our country is analyzed in this paper, together with the ABC classification, the efficiency of the inventory management is studied in this article.
