摘要
本文分析了在目前学生党员教育管理工作中存在教育工作思想缺乏创新、教育工作的队伍力量薄弱等问题，最后针对这些问题提出了解决措施。
The problems such as the lack of innovation in the work of morality teaching and weakness of the teaching staff in the teaching and management of the student Party members are analyzed and the measures against it has been put forward.
