摘要
目的分析头孢菌素类抗生素的临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法以限定日剂量（DDD）为标准,对2010年1月至2014年9月解放军五一三医院头孢菌素类抗生素的用药金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDDc）等进行统计分析。结果医院头孢菌素类抗生素的用药金额,2010-2013年呈逐年上升趋势,年增长率逐年降低,2014年出现负增长,其用药金额占医院药品总出库金额的2.27%~2.86%、占抗感染药物销售金额26.08%~31.46%;DDDs前4年呈逐年上升趋势;DDDc自2012年起,呈逐年下降的趋势;除2011年,第1代头孢菌素类抗生素用药金额均排第1,头孢菌素类抗生素用药金额以头孢氨苄居首位。前4年,DDDs排前2位的是头孢曲松、头孢氨苄;2014年DDDs排前3位的是头孢唑啉、头孢曲松、头孢氨苄。结论此5年中我院头孢菌素类抗菌药物的使用较为合理,但仍需进一步加强抗菌药物合理使用的宣传和监管。
Objective To explore the utilization of cephalosporins so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods Using defined daily dose（ DDD） as the standard,the amount and frequency of use DDDs and defined daily cost DDDc of the five one three hospital of PLA from January 2010 to September 2014 were statistically analyzed. Results The consumption sum of hospital of cephalosporin antibiotics,2010- 2013 was a rising trend year by year,the annual growth rate decreased year by year,2014 years of negative growth,the drugs accounted for the amount of drugs in the hospital the total storage amount of 2. 27% to 2. 86%,accounting for anti infective drug sales amount 26. 08% to 31. 46%; DDDs before 4years showed a rising trend year by year; DDDC since 2012,a declining trend; in 2011,the amount of the first generation cephalosporin antibiotics are ranked the first,cephalosporin DDDs of using Cefalexin ranks first. Four years ago,DDDs ranked top 2 is ceftriaxone,Cefalexin; 2014 DDDs ranked the top three cephalosporins cefazolin and cefotaxime ceftriaxone and ampicillin. Conclusion In this 5 years,the use of antibiotics in our hospital is reasonable,furthermore,it is still necessary to further strengthen the rational use of antimicrobial drugs and supervision.
