咖啡酸苯乙酯对急性脊髓损伤后炎性细胞因子白细胞介素-1β及肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

摘要 随着全球经济的快速发展,诸如交通、运输及物流业的快速发展,急性脊髓损伤（ASCI）的发病趋势呈现上升且年轻化,而且治疗费用也不短攀升,给家庭和社会带来沉重的经济负担。ASCI的病理生理学包括原发性损伤和继发性的损伤。原发性脊髓损伤是受到机械性的外力冲击导致损伤的脊髓组织缺血坏死,表现为不可逆性的损伤。
