摘要 结合上海汽轮机厂滑动轴承产品特征,选择不同的巴氏合金、瓦胎材料及连接形式组成18组实验试样,并对试样进行了双金属结合强度测试。实验结果表明:γ型巴氏合金、B型钢瓦胎以及W型连接形式可提供最好的结合强度,可成为滑动轴承设计过程中的首选。 Base on the product characteristics of Shanghai Turbine Plant's plain bearing, eighteen groups of experimental specimens with different babbitt metals, bearing backings and joint shapes were selected to test for double metals bond strength. The experimental result shows that the 7 type of babbitt metal, 13 type of bearing backing and W type of joint shape can provide the best bond strength, so can become the first choice for plain bearing design.
