某核电汽轮机组并网负向功率过大的控制优化

摘要 针对某新建核电站汽轮发电机组并网过程中负向有功功率过大的现象,分析了汽轮机控制系统在并网过程中的响应过程,研究了不同升负荷率对蒸汽需求量的影响,并据此提出了控制设计优化方案。实践证明,相关的优化方案是可行的,并网后负向有功功率过大的情况得到了明显的改善,避免了逆功率保护动作的潜在威胁。 To solve the problem of excessive negative active power of a new-built nuclear power turbine- generator unit during connecting to grid, the response of turbine control system was analyzed, then the influence of different load gradient on the steam demand was studied. Afterwards, the optimization of control system design was proposed. It has been proved in practice that the optimization scheme is feasible and can significantly reduce negative active power, thereby avoid the potential risk of the action of reverse-power protection.
