基于燃气轮机主控系统低选环节的仿真研究

摘要 针对燃气轮机主控系统中低选环节能够将多个输入信号的切换过程无缝连接起来的特点,利用Simulink工具建立MS6001燃气轮机控制系统数学模型,分析和仿真了追踪控制结构实现信号间正确切换的方法。为了验证该控制结构的有效性,分别对燃气轮机的调频控制、发生突减、突增负荷时的响应三种情况进行动态仿真计算。仿真结果表明,追踪控制结构可以实现信号间的无缝切换;而要实现信号间的准确切换必须设置正确的PI控制积分上限值。 According to the feature of gas turbine main control system for accomplishing the seamless connection of multiple input signals, the Simulink tools were used to build a mathematical model for MS6001gas turbine control system, and the tracking control structure to realize the correct switch between low selection link signals was analyzed and simulated. The frequency modulation and the response to a sudden decrease or increase load of gas turbine were simulated respectively. The simulation results indecate that the tracking control may realize seamless switching between signals, and it's necessary to set correct PI control integral upper limit to implement accurate switching between signals.
