Investigation and analysis on the hygienic status of the primary and middle school teaching environment in Luoyang in 2014

摘要 目的探讨分析洛阳市学校教学环境卫生现况。方法选取洛阳市42所中小学校教学环境作为研究分析对象,采用统一设计的调查表进行调查,并现场进行监测。结果洛阳市中小学课桌椅符合率最低(2.38%),中小学校教室环境卫生各指标合格率比较,照明、黑板、课桌椅等指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卫生监测结果显示,学校教室二氧化碳浓度合格率达到97.62%,教室课椅和课桌小学和中学符合率分别为2.38%、0%,比较中学和小学课桌符合率、人均面积、黑板尺寸、采光系数、窗地比等方面指标,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洛阳市各中小学校教学环境卫生状况整体状况较好,但个别指标合格率较低,尤其是课桌椅符合率,因此,各级政府要加大资金投入,相关部门应加强管理和监督,切实改善中小学教学卫生环境,保障学生身体健康。 Objective To investigate and analyze the current hygienic status of school teaching environment in Luoyangcity. Methods 42 primary and middle schools in Luoyang were selected as the research objects. The questionnaireswere investigated with the uniform design, and the results were analyzed and summarized. Results the coincidencerate (2.38 %) of the school desks and chairs in Luoyang city was the lowest.And there were significant differences oflighting,blackboard,desks and chairs (P〈0.05) in the comparison of each index qualified rate. Health test resultsshow that the qualified rate of carbon dioxide concentration in the school classroom reached 97.62 %, the classroomchairs and desks primary and secondary school compliance rates were 2.38 %, 0, respectively, compared with thesecondary school and primary school desk compliance rate, per capita area, blackboard size, lighting factor, ratio ofglaza to floor area and other indicators, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusions the overallsituation of teaching environment health in Luoyang city is good, but the rate of individual indicators is low, especiallyin the class and furniture. Therefore, all levels of government should increase investment, the relevant departmentsshould strengthen the management and supervision, improve the teaching health of primary and secondary schools,and protect the health of students.
