急诊人文护理的实践路径及社会文化分析

人文关怀是对人的生、老、病、死全过程的关怀和尊重,是社会文明的标志。建立以体现人文关怀为核心、满足病人身心需要、以恢复健康为目标的人文护理模式,是社会经济发展到一定阶段的产物。急诊人文护理的实践路径与社会环境、社会成员的个体行为等诸多因素密切相关,是人文关怀在急诊护理中对人性的、科学的服务价值理念的体现,不仅仅是一个卫生问题,而且是一个重要的社会问题。作者从相对宏观的社会分析的视角出发,以急诊人文护理在医院情境中被建构的过程为主线,重点梳理了急诊人文护理的实践路径及社会文化意义,旨在建立新时期和谐护患关系、减轻急诊患者生理和心理上的痛苦、维护人类生命的尊严和价值,以期对急诊人文护理实践的进一步思考和探究提供了一个新的视角。

Humanistic care is the care and respect of the whole process on the person ＂s birth, old age , sickness,death, and is a sign of a civilized society. Establishing humanistic nursing model to reflect humanistic care as thecore, to meet the needs of the patients body and mind, to restore health as the goal , is the inevitable result of socialprogress. Emergency humanistic nursing practice and people＇s behavior, social environment, individual behavior ofsocial members, and many other factors are closely related, is a reflection of the value concept on humanistic care inthe emergency care of humanity and scientific services, It is not only a health problem, and it is an important socialproblem. In this paper, humanistic care in emergency situations in the hospital is the main line construction processfrom the angle of view of the relatively macroscopic social analysis, and focus on combing the emergency care of thehumanities and the social and cultural significance of the practice path, aimed at establishing a new era harmoniousrelationship between nurses and patients, to alleviate the suffering of emergency patients both physically and psycho-logically, to maintain the dignity and value of human life, which provides a new perspective on emergency nursingpractice for the humanities and explore further reflection.
