农业园区创新功能对上海都市农业发展的促进作用

Development of Urban Agriculture by Innovation Function of Agricultural Park in Shanghai

为进一步推进现代农业园区发展,以上海现代农业园区为研究对象,以三农统筹为出发点,在总结上海都市现代农业发展的基础上,尝试将新型功能加入到农业园区内涵中去,就研究过程中发现的问题进行探讨,并提出相应对策建议。研究表明,上海现代农业园区发展良好,可以在此基础上将新农村建设、发展农业保险以及发展"两型"农业等创新功能加入到园区内涵当中。

The study aims to further promote the development of modern agricultural park in Shanghai. Takingthe overall plan of the Sannong issues（agriculture, rural community and farmers） as the starting point, theauthors tried to put the innovation function into the connotation of modern agricultural park, discussed theproblems found in the study as well as put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions basedon the summary of the current development of urban modern agriculture in Shanghai. The research showed thatthe overall development of modern agricultural park in Shanghai was good, and the innovation function couldbe combined with the new rural construction, the development of agricultural insurance and the development ofresource saving and environment friendly agriculture.
