民用飞机研制是一项高度复杂的系统工程,为了满足民机适航规章条款要求,需要开展大量的符合性验证工作,由于各种因素会出现影响项目研制的一些问题,如何第一时间发现问题、分析问题直至解决问题,确保项目研制成功,是民机研制项目管理中的重点之一。通过对民机研制问题管理全过程的分析和说明,阐述了民机研制问题管理的方法和重要性,对我国民机研制问题管理工作具有一定的指导作用。

Civil aircraft development is a highly complex system engineering, in order to meet the requirements of civil aircraft airworthiness regulatory provisions, a lot of work is needed to verify compliance,then some issues emerges due to variety of factors. How to identify, analyze and solve problems timely and ensure the project successfully is one of the focuses in civil aircraft development project management.
