摘要
对复杂铜精矿富氧底吹熔炼过程中杂质元素Pb、As、Sb、Bi和Ni的分布与走向进行分析。结果表明,当冰铜品位为45%~50%时,Pb主要分布于冰铜、电尘灰和烟气中,分别占39.95%、22.50%和18.80%;As主要分布于熔炼烟气、电尘灰和熔炼渣中,分别占66.87%、18.13%和7.51%;Sb主要分布于熔炼渣、冰铜和烟气中,分别占58.10%、22.50%和15.07%;Bi主要分布于电尘灰、冰铜和烟气中,分别占37.82%、20.78%和27.58;Ni主要分布于冰铜和熔炼渣中,分别占70.65%和26.44%。
The paper analyzes distribution and trend of impurity elements including Pb,As,Sb,Bi and Ni in the oxygen-enriched bottom-blowing smelting process to treat refractory copper concentrate.Results show that Pb is mainly distributed in matte,ESP dust and offgas with respective percentages of 39.95%,22.50% and 18.80%with copper matte grade of 45%~50%;As is mainly distributed in smelting offgas,ESP dust and slag,with respective percentages of 66.87%,18.13% and 7.51%;Sb is mainly distributed in slag,copper matte and offgas with respective percentages of 58.10%,22.50% and 15.07%;Bi is mainly distributed in ESP dust,copper matte and offgas with respective percentages of 37.82%,20.78% and 27.58;Ni is mainly distributed in copper matte and slag with respective percentages of 70.65% and 26.44%.
