二水草酸亚铁分解行为研究现状 被引量:1

摘要 二水草酸亚铁是合成磷酸亚铁锂最常用的铁源之一。文中对二水草酸亚铁的分解行为研究现状进行综述,研究结果一致认为FeC2O4·2H2O的分解可分为结晶水的脱除和无水草酸亚铁的分解两个部分,第一步在140~250℃之间完成结晶水的脱除,第二步在165~450℃之间完成无水草酸亚铁的分解,分解反应与分解气氛、温度有密切关系,不同的分解气氛可获得不同的分解产物相,包括FeO、Fe3O4、Fe3C、α-Fe2O3、γ-Fe2O3、α-Fe、Fe(1-x)O、FexN等。 Ferrous oxalate dihydrate is one of the most common source of iron in synthesis of lithium iron phosphate.The paper summarizes the research of decomposition behavior of ferrous oxalate dihydrate.The results consistently show that the decomposition ferrous oxalate dihydrate goes through two well-defined steps.The first step is removal of crystallization water between 140 ~ 250 ℃;the second step is decomposition of ferrous oxalate anhydrate between 165 ~450 ℃,which is closly linked with decomposition atmosphere and decomposition temperature.Different breakdown products,including FeO,Fe3O4,Fe2C,α-Fe2O3,γ-Fe2O3,α-Fe,Fe(1-x)O and FexN,etc.could be obtained in different decomposition atmosphere.
