摘要
PID控制器是工业自动化领域中最常用的控制结构,PID参数自整定不但可以有效地提高控制系统调试效率,而且可以显著地改善系统性能。该文对非线性系统的继电自整定技术进行了分析研究,针对箱式电阻炉的温度控制,设计了自整定控制器并在PLC上予以实现,给出了控制电路和程序流程图,其控制效果令人满意。
PID controller is the most common control structure used in the field of industrial automa- tion, while self - tuning of PID parameters can not only effectively improve the efficiency of debugging, but also significantly improve the control performance. In this paper the relay self- tuning technology of nonlinear systems is studied. A self - tuning controller based on PLC is designed and implemented for the temperature control of resistance furnace. Meanwhile the control circuits and program flow charts are presented. Experimental results show that control effect is very satisfactory.
