摘要 根据云南某选矿厂的工艺要求,对磨矿分级自动控制系统进行了分析与设计,重点介绍了S7-300 PLC控制系统的管路和仪表控制结构,硬件组态,给、排矿水量以及矿浆浓度的控制算法。通过现场对控制系统安装调试及实施应用,证明该系统满足设计要求,应用效果良好,提升了企业的经济效益,对传统行业进行自动化改造具有重要的借鉴意义。 According to the requirements of a yunnan dressing plant, automatic control system of grinding separation has been carried on the analysis and design. This article mainly introduced the piping and instru- mentation control structure, hardware configuration, give and displacement water and pulp density control al- gorithm of the S7 - 300 PLC control system. Through making installation, implementation and application of the control system, it proved that the system meet the design requirements,and improved the economic benefits of the enterprise. The application effect of the control system is good. The system of traditional industry automa- tion and information technology irmovation is of great significance.
