摘要
以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和麦芽糊精为水溶性壁材制备了硅烷偶联剂微胶囊,将其添加到JS防水涂料中,分别采用重质碳酸钙、滑石粉、云母粉和轻质碳酸钙为填料,比较了硅烷偶联剂微胶囊添加量对涂膜拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和吸水率的影响。结果表明,采用重质碳酸钙为填料,添加2%硅烷偶联剂微胶囊时得到的涂膜综合性能最佳。对采用重质碳酸钙为填料的JS防水涂料进行耐久性试验,结果表明硅烷偶联剂微胶囊的加入能提升涂料的耐水性、耐碱性、耐热性和耐候性。
Taking polyvinylpyrrolidone and maltodextrin as water soluble wall materials, silane coupling agent microcapsule is produced and added into JS waterproofing coating. Ground calcium carbonate, talc powder, mica powder and light calcium carbonate are adopted as filler respectively. The article compares the influences of silane coupling agent microcapsule addition volume on the tensile strength, elongation at break and water absorption of coating film. Results show the overall performances of the coating film which adopting ground calcium carbonate as filler and adding 2% silane coupling agent microeapsule is the best. A durability test is conducted on the JS waterproofing coating which takes ground calcium carbonate as filler, and results indicate the addition of silane coupling agent microcapsule can enhance the eoating's resistant properties to water, alkali, heat and weathering.
