摘要
采用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和线性低密度聚乙烯接枝聚合物(LLDPE-G)为基料,制备了非沥青基高分子自粘防水卷材,研究了LLDPE-G对自粘卷材性能的影响。结果表明,LLDPE-G可以通过提高卷材中高分子片材层表面极性的方法来提高剥离强度,当LDPE和LLDPE-G的质量比为60∶15时,高分子片材层的表面张力可达40 m N/m,卷材的剥离强度可达2.64 m N/mm,拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、低温弯折性等也都符合相关标准的要求。
Non-bitumen based polymer self-adhesive waterproofing membrane is produced by adopting low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene grafted polymer (LLDPE-G) as base materials. The article studies the influences of LLDPE-G on the performances of self-adhesive membrane. Results show LLDPE-G can enhance the peel strength through improving the surface polarity of polymer sheet in the membrane. When the mass ratio of LDPE and LLDPE-G is 60:15, the surface tension of polymer sheet can reach 40 raN/m, peel strength of membrane can be up to 2.64 mN/mm, and the tensile strength, elongation at break, cold bending property can meet the requirements of relative standards.
