预制装配式建筑已然成为未来建筑发展的主流,但该技术在我国起步较晚,由于技术不够成熟、缺乏配套标准等问题,导致我国建筑工业化进程缓慢甚至停滞不前。本文从建筑外墙渗漏问题入手,分析了此类建筑的防水密封现状及存在的主要问题,并提出了促进我国建筑工业化健康、快速发展的建议。

Prefabricated building has become the main trend of future building development, but this technology starts relatively late in China. Due to the premature technology and lack of supporting standard, the building industrialization process in our country is slow, even at a standstill. Starting from the external wall leakage problems, the articie analyzes the current situation and existing problems of waterproofing and sealing for this kind of building, and puts forward suggestions for healthy and rapid development of building industrialization in our country.
