宜兴荆邑大桥防水粘接层设计与施工技术研究

摘要 对国产环氧沥青防水粘接层应用于宜兴荆邑大桥钢桥面铺装进行了全面的性能及施工工艺研究。首先,开展A、B两组分不同比例(质量比)和不同洒布量下的拉拔和剪切试验,优选出最佳的组分比例、洒布用量;同时,对国产环氧和改性SBS沥青进行不同温度下的拉拔和剪切试验,验证国产环氧沥青应用于钢桥面铺装防水粘接层的合理性;最后,通过实际案例,探讨国产环氧防水粘接层用于钢桥面铺装的施工关键技术和质量控制要点。 The article has a comprehensive study on the performance and construction technology of domestic epoxy bitumen waterproofing bonding layer applied in the bridge pavement of Jingyi Bridge in Yixing. Firstly, drawing and shearing tests with different percentage (mass ratio) of A, B components and different distribution amount is conducted, the optimal component percentage and distribution amount is confirmed. Meanwhile, the article also has drawing and shearing tests for domestic epoxy bitumen and SBS modified bitumen under different temperatures to verify the rationality of application of domestic epoxy bitumen in the waterproofing bonding layer of steel bridge deck pavement. Finally, through practical cases, it discusses the eonstruetion key technology and quality control points for the application of domestic epoxy waterproofing bonding layer in steel bridge deck pavement.
