基于瑞萨M37544单片机的风机调速系统设计

摘要 为了降低空调的噪声,设计了一种基于M37544单片机的风机调速系统。其硬件电路通过单片机的两个外部中断口,分别检测电源的过零点时间及空调室内机的风速反馈脉冲间隔时间,保证了风速调节的实时性;软件中通过先粗调后细调的方式,达到了快速而又平稳的调速效果,降低了空调的噪声,保证了空调吹风的舒适性。 In order to reduce noise of air conditioner,a fan speed control system with Renesas M37544 MCU as the control core was designed. Its hardware circuit detects the electric power' zero passage time and fan feed pulse interval time of the internal fan of eh air conditioner through the two external fractures of MCU,thus guaranteeing the real time of fan speed. The quick and stable speed- regulating effect is achieved and the noise of air conditioner is reduced after the software goes through course control at first and then fine control,thus the comfort of wind is guaranteed.
