卷收器框架铆合设备的设计及其有限元分析

摘要 为实现安全带卷收器框架与框架条的半自动铆合,设计了一种框架铆合定位座和冲压头的结构。理论计算结果表明,铆压用气液增压缸冲压力为2312.47N。铆压过程中框架变形的ANSYS分析结果表明,冲压头位移的零界点大约在0.62mm,符合设计要求,为定位座及冲头的重要尺寸校核提供了理论设计依据。 In order to obtain the semi- automatic riveting between the seat belt retractor framework and the frame bar,a frame riveting positioning seat and a pressing head structure were designed. The theoretical calculation results showed that the gas- liquid boosting cylinder pressure used as riveting was about 2312. 47 N. Furthermore,the ANSYS analysis results of the frame deformation in the process of riveting showed that the displacement zero point of the stamping head is about 0. 62 mm,which meets the design requirements. This paper provides a theoretical basis to design the important dimensions for checking the positioning seat and punch.
