摘要
研究了聚吡咯导电纸的阻燃性能,探讨了聚吡咯沉积量、氧化剂种类及制备条件等对导电纸性能的影响。实验结果表明,聚吡咯的沉积量越大,导电纸的阻燃性越好;在氯化铁、硫酸铁和过硫酸铵3种氧化剂中,使用氯化铁作氧化剂制备的导电纸的导电性能最佳,而使用过硫酸铵作氧化剂制备的导电纸的阻燃性能最优。聚吡咯导电纸的导电稳定性稍差,其中使用过硫酸铵作氧化剂的导电纸的导电稳定性相对较好。聚吡咯导电纸的阻燃稳定性较好,OI值50天内基本保持不变。
The effect of doping acid,kinds of oxidants and preparative conditions on the properties of conductive paper were discussed.The results showed that both the conductivity and the flame retardancy of polypyrrole-coated paper increased with the increase of the amount of polypyrrole deposited on cellulose fibers.Three kinds of oxidants(i.e.,ferric chloride,ferric sulfate and ammonium persulfate)were used to prepare conductive paper,and it was found that ferric chloride performed best for the conductivity and ammonium persulfate performed best for the flame retardancy.The conductivity of the polypyrrole-coated conductive paper was less stable,and ammonium persulfate performed best among three oxidants.The oxygen index(OI)value of the polypyrrole-coated conductive paper remained unchanged within 50 days basically.
