中国公民捐献时代的移植研究新思考

New Thoughts on the Transplantation Research in the Era of Chinese Donation After Citizen's Death

自2015年起,中国公民逝世后器官捐献(CDCD)取代司法途径供体来源,成为器官移植使用的唯一来源。但由于CDCD器官对热缺血、冷缺血、再灌注损伤的耐受性更低,因此,CDCD器官早期维护、修复、器官评估技术对于移植受者预后尤为重要。本文旨在对CDCD器官的损伤机制、质量评估、维护和修复机制进展进行探讨。

Chinese donation after citizen＇s death（CDCD）has become the only source of organ trans-plantation in China in replacing of judicial donor since 2015.As CDCD organs are less tolerant with warm ischemia,cold ischemia and reperfusion injury,early organ quality assessment,maintenance as well as restoring are vital for the prognosis of transplant recipients.This review is aimed at discussing the mechanisms involved in CDCD organs＇ injury,maintenance and restoring,as well as quality assessment.
