摘要 随着器官移植的快速发展,器官移植受者数量逐年增多,而当前供者缺乏的现实,使得对器官保存的要求越来越高,传统的器官保存方法很难适应新的要求。器官保存的最新进展主要为保存液及保存技术的改进,选择合适的保存液及保存技术以期提高器官保存时间,减少器官缺血再灌注损伤是目前器官移植的主要任务之一。 With development of organ transplantation,growth in the number of patients waiting for transplantation has outpaced limited supply of donor organs.As a result,increasing pressure is placed on organ preservation.Progress of organ preservation includes development of preservation solutions and preservation techniques.Improving cheaper and appropriate solutions and developing preservation techniques to prolong time of preservation while minimize damage of ischemia are most important tasks of future research.
