摘要
器官移植是各种终末期器官功能低下和衰竭的唯一有效的治疗手段,然而,与发达国家相比,中国公民逝世后器官捐献才刚刚步入健康可持续发展的道路,还有许多问题亟待解决,尤其是供体器官的缺乏,一直制约着中国移植事业的发展。为满足器官需求,一种移植医学新角色——移植协调员就此产生。协调员的工作从寻找潜在的捐献者、积极地与家属沟通到器官移植的完成,均发挥着重要作用。本文就移植器官协调员的发展历程进行阐述。
Organ transplantation is the most effective treatment for end-stage organ disease.However,compared with the developed countries,China donation after citizen＇s death is just beginning to enter the era of sustainable development,and there are many problems need to be solved,especially the lack of donor organs,which restricts the development of China＇s transplantation career.To meet the demand of organs,a new role-organ donation coordinator yielded in transplantation medicine.Organ donation coordinator plays an important role in finding potential donors,actively communicating with patients＇ family members and completing the organ transplantation.In this paper,the main purpose is to introduce the generation and development of organ donation coordinator in China.
