In recent years,although organ transplantation has proven to be highly effective in the treatment of end-stage organ failures,organ shortage is the greatest challenge facing the field of organ transplantation.Organ donation coordinators are the backbone of organ transplantation coordination team,who play a straight forward role in the process of organ donation.In order to ensure and promote the robust organ donation in China,we need to understand duty and connotation of the coordinators,and foster them in a scientific and rigorous method.
